Our service department is the essence of our operation. Our entire staff is competent in the workshop, with the best tools and up to date training to make your bike purr. Our technicians have been with us years, not months, and are passionate cyclists who empathize with other riders.

 

We can handle any job, but thrive on sophisticated work: suspension overhauls, pro builds, custom wheels. Parts are cleaned in an industrial grade ultrasonic cleaning tank, suspension forks are removed from the bike and overhauled on a dedicated work bench, and bearings are installed with precision presses. We are as comfortable upgrading a Di2 system with the latest firmware as we are installing a basket on your townie bike.

We love that our shop is just that: a work-shop. It's not a clean room or a laboratory. We work on bikes here. And bikes are a wonderful mix of metals, rubber, carbon fiber, plastic, dirt, grease and oil. Our workshop is open, clean, well lit, and organized. But, we don't cry when grime from your bike falls on the floor, or we get some grease on the workbench.

We do a thorough triage on every bike at intake to determine what work should be considered. We provide a clear, written estimate of all work before we begin. We communicate with you - like us, we assume you don't like surprises.

 

We're happy to schedule appointments (call or e-mail us) for your service job, minimizing down time. We can also pick up your bike for service, and return it to you when the work is done :)
